Who we are
West LDN Invoice is operated by West LDN Digital, a UK sole-trader business. West LDN Digital is the controller of the account and service information described in this notice. Contact us at hello@westldn.co.uk.
Information we process
We process account email addresses and authentication information; business and customer profiles; invoice content and status; uploaded logos; generated invoice PDFs; subscription and billing status; invoice-email delivery records; support correspondence; and basic technical or security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Users may enter personal information about their own customers. The user is responsible for having an appropriate reason to use that information and for the accuracy of the invoices they create.
Why we use it
- To create accounts and provide the invoicing service under our contract with you.
- To process subscriptions, provide support and communicate about the service.
- To secure the product, prevent misuse and maintain reliable records under our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations where they apply.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage. Stripe provides subscription billing. Resend is intended to provide transactional invoice email. These providers process information for their stated service roles and may process information outside the UK using the safeguards described in their own data-protection terms.
How long we keep information
Account and invoice information is normally kept while the account remains active. A user can export their data and request account deletion from the dashboard. Some billing, security, support or legal records may be retained after deletion where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Backup copies may take a limited additional period to expire.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy of your information. Email hello@westldn.co.uk to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and browser storage
The service uses essential browser storage for login sessions, security state and the laptop-only demonstration. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising.
Security and changes
We use access controls, private storage and database ownership rules designed to protect account information. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice when the product, providers or legal requirements change, and will publish the new date here.
